Branch Manager – Play Enterprises

Job profile:

1. Adhere the company policy and procedure when handling financial transaction.
2. Ensure your behavior and attire is in line with company policy and the laws of the country.
3. Conduct all business and customer interaction to the benefit of the company.
4. Submit financial reports to the operations manager and the group as requested.
5. Responsible for the financial handling and hand over of cash up/ related activities to designated persons.
6. Responsible for the compliance with local and municipal regulations as stipulated by the relevant authority.
7. Accountable for petty cash consumption as per the prescribed limit.
8. Responsible for the achievement of financial targets as prescribed in the budget.
General Operations:

1. Ensure about staff training related to health and safety , customer service.
2. Ensure that the business unit, staff and equipment are presented to the customers in the best possible state and set high standards for the business unit regarding cleanliness, service and maintenance of the facility.
3. Responsible for the daily operation of the business unit.
4. Responsible for the organization and discipline of staff.
5. Responsible for the general administration of personnel.
6. Responsible for the organization of all purchases and stock control of the same.
7. Responsible for reporting and follow up of maintenance related work with the relevant departments.
8. Overall responsibility for the safety and security of guests and personnel.
9. Arranges weekly staff meetings and follows up on the agenda.
10. Attends Management Meetings when scheduled.
11. Responsible for the training and development of personnel to ensure compliance with policy and high level of product knowledge.
12. Must exercise the rules and regulations of company at all times for the safety and security of customers.
13. Implements and promotes marketing and sales activities as and when they occur, provides feedback.
14. Responsible for general reporting as required by management, and all other general administrative duties as and when required.
15. Attend to all reasonable requests from your manager required during the daily operation of company.
