Business & Account Development Specialist – 2.0 Concepts

The responsibility entails working with our Division Directors to identify new company sales opportunities within a various industry sectors in Kuwait.
You will generate calls and emails with followup meetings to prospects that are identified through various efforts, including lead lists, target campaigns, seminars, the company CRM system and other lead generation resources with the goal of converting leads into qualified sales opportunities.
This position must have a basic technical understanding of the company and product portfolio and be able to accurately communicate the value propositions of each over the phone and be comfortable with meeting and pitching to executive level personnel.
The successful candidate will be professional, responsive, punctual and a motivated team player who is interested in building a career while helping to grow the business. You will report to the Sales Directors of the organizations.

To Summarize Primary Responsibilities :
– Research account hierarchy and make outbound calls within respective vertical/geographic region
Researching prospects, understand references and competitors.
– Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly activity quotas for outbound meetings.
– Utilize phone and email to communicate with prospects for setting up meetings with heads of department and pitching solo.
– Work with manager to develop and execute strategies for marketing campaigns
– Effectively execute team techniques and scripting to demonstrate company/product value proposition to prospects.
– Update records and activities in our CRM system in a timely manner and debriefing directors via daily reporting.
– Recall and share 2.0 Concepts information from memory and from the company website.
– Manage outbound campaign calls and future follow up for vertical teams.
– Other duties assigned.
