Business Development Manager ( Brand Activation ) – Marcom Comprehensive Arabia JLT
The Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for securing revenue though strong client relationship in KSA as well as within Marcom existing portfolio of clients and targeting new and prospect clients. The role is expected to have a focus on bringing in business and hunting new opportunities, ensuring an excellent client experience at all times, working in collaboration and overseeing the account teams to ensure smooth transition of leads into the business
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Working in Business Development you will be involved in pitching and presenting at boardroom level. This includes presentations to Key decision makers and will require meticulous planning and proposal writing.
• You will be well versed with the market and know people in key positions across industries (IT, FMCG, AUTOMOBILES, BANKING etc) – for the services offered by the MARCOM
• Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Business Development involves scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentations/proposals to the clients after having researched their business and requirements.
• Achieve yearly sales targets set by company
• Have strong relationships in the region with government and corporate companies
• Build and Implement short and long term sales plans
• Manage and supervise BD team’s target and ensure annual target are met
• Build Business and Sales plan to identify new business and opportunities
• Maintaining customer relationships through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business (and our offerings).
• Strong experience in the Events and Branding industry
• Prepare monthly action plan
• Managing and maintaining a healthy pipeline and quarterly results
• Implement sales plans with sales team
• Overseeing sales team achievement of set target
• Building long term relationships with client and close jobs
• Identifying potential business opportunities from existing and new clients
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
