Business Development Officer/ Account Manager – Namariq Co

1.1. Identify and solicit sources of business.
1.2. Builds rapport and actively qualifies each business opportunity.
1.3. Ensure that proper awareness is created.
1.4. Respond to enquiries/requests for group business in a timely manner.
1.5. Achieve established revenue goals and report monthly.
1.6. Understand and achieve both team and individual goals.
1.7. Maintain relationship with customer through thank-you letters and follow up calls to increase repeat business opportunities.
1.8. Manage and maintain account files.
1.9. Responsible for the sales budget, and to work within them.
1.10. Assist Division Head to prepare the Annual Sales Plan and strategies.
1.11. Compile a detailed monthly report on Sales activities.
1.12. Plan and participate in all Sales activities
1.13. Compile a comprehensive mailing list for accounts.
