Business Development Officer – Lobo Management
The position of Business Development Officer entails generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing clientele through a variety of sales techniques related to offered services and solutions. This includes diligent involvement in strategies to target specific audiences for delivery and utilization of these solutions.
a) Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities related to the client's services.
b) Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
c) Collaborating with the team to secure, retain, and nurture accounts.
d) Developing customized targeted sales strategies to benefit the business objectives and goals.
e) Creating informative presentations: Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at meetings, trade and road shows, and conferences.
f) Coordinating with business generation activities, responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) and potential client queries and related follow-up.
g) Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
h) Maintaining a database of prospective client information.
i) Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
j) Understanding client needs and offering the business solutions and services.
k) Researching potential leads from various resources and qualifying them from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
l) Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
m) Meeting or exceeding sales requirements and/or KPIs.
n) Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.
o) Collaborating with the management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
