Business Development & Spec-In Engineer – CAC – BWP

Conduct a technical marketing campaign with consultants, developers, end users and others for brand name equity enhancement and increased technical awareness in the market.
Set up a strategy for market approach to complement the MEGA Projects and Energy Solutions Strategies.
Increase brand name awareness of company and its partners along with Integration of companies products into consultants approved/specified list of brands.
Act as a support function to the sales organization for Mega and Energy Solutions projects to complement activities for a comprehensive Push & Pull Strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants and other mentioned stakeholders to act as a technical focal point reference.
• Define and segregate consultants, developers, end users and others according to various criteria (size of projects, technology often used.) and conduct a technical marketing campaign.
• Act as a support function to the sales organization to increase market awareness of HVAC brands.
• Work closely with the Mega Projects and Energy Solutions Directors to integrate the strategies and the route to the market.
• Conduct a market study, investigate and develop Tier 1,2 & 3 key stakeholders. Integrate the list inline with Sales Organization strategy and kick off technical introduction of defined companies products (VRF, Chillers (Air Cooled, Centrifugal etc.)
• Establish and follow a defined routine plan to visit consultants, specifiers and end users.
• Promote technologies to Developers, Architects at conceptual stage of the projects.
• Support Consultant in design stage and offer technical solutions & support.
• Develop a strong market intelligence on competition including technical value proposition by product/system level and their focus.
• Initiate and lead the design and development of tailored solutions using companies products that support specific customer requirements to achieve business growth of the brands.
• Support the Sales organization in comparisons with other technologies for differentiation and in defining the added value approach to customers.
• Maintain a develop a strong database of customers with an organized monitoring sheet that can be reviewed with line manager on agreed basis to monitor the progress.
• Keep the sales organizational updated on activities and progress.
• Produce and generate reports as required by line manager.
