Business Office Coordinator

1. Administrative Tasks
a. Renewal of licenses, staff residence stamping and renewals.
b. Ensuring that school complies with the visa quota and Kuwait Manpower quotas.
2. Student Registrations: Ensuring the budgeted student registrations are achieved using effective marketing and parent engagement plans.
3. Public Relations: Developing relations with parents and government officials to achieve school goals.
4. Ensure all school resources are planned and ordered as per the school budget.
5. Finance Coordination: Ensure fee collection from PAD and private parents are handled in a timely manner. Plan and coordinate effective use of the school budget.
6. Facilities Management: Ensure that the school campus is safe, hygienic and looks good at all times
7. IT Coordination: Ensure that IT plans are implemented as planned
8. Transportation: Ensure that student transportation is safe, clean and timely
9. Human Resources: Hire relevant staff for the school and monitor their performances through the various established mechanisms.
10. Ensure effective use of new software programs developed internally
11. Develop additional revenue sources for the company.
