Call Agent Coordinator


To answer incoming calls from residents and clients, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.


 Answer incoming calls and respond to emails.
 Manage and resolve residents’ complaints.
 Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
 Provide service information to customers.
 Provide information to residents.
 Keep track of all calls logs and enquiries.
 Filing and updating systems.
 Follow up residents and clients’ calls to get the feedback.
 Other duties as assigned.
