To answer incoming calls from residents and clients, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails.
Manage and resolve residents’ complaints.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Provide service information to customers.
Provide information to residents.
Keep track of all calls logs and enquiries.
Filing and updating systems.
Follow up residents and clients’ calls to get the feedback.
Other duties as assigned.
