• Answer calls professionally and take customer orders at the counter, by phone and thru Talabat System then enter customer information.
• Receive payments and present change to customers.
• Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations
• Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period
• Record totaled amounts, including expenses in restaurant’s database
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Dealing with drivers for home deliveries dispatching.
• Should possess good hands on experience on MS Office/using computers/IT
• Daily task report updates, data entry of work related tasks and produce periodic reports on back office applications.
• Establish, update, and maintain Office files.
