•Achieve Sales and Business Plan
– Develop the annual Sales Business plan covering competitive environment analysis with action plan to achieve business plan budget.
•Sales Planning to maximize sales and profits through all channels
– Establish pricing structure and payment term as well as sales campaign to address market dynamics and increase sales, market share and maximize profits.
• Network and Team Management.
– Establish and build a sales network to provide market coverage.
– Creating and leading an organized and unified team, guiding and supporting the team to meet sales targets.
– Utilize and promote all retention tools including incentives programs, recognition opportunities and training
• Inventory Management
– Analyze the competitive environment to forecast sale in relation to the industry volume and implement actions to maintain a healthy inventory level of current models and minimize loss sales.
• Organization and Succession
– Coach, identify and develop high potentials to grow with the organization and restructure organization to address functional gaps as well as to sustain the business growth.
