CFO Admin Assistant – Dar Al Mimar Group

Prepare and update Documents Status log on weekly basis, Monitoring submitting weekly & Monthly reports, responsible for Department Document Control.
Calendar Management including appointments, meetings and deadlines & Schedules for the Associate Director and the main admin activities in the department (vacancies – Attendance – benefits relation), Preparing minutes of meeting and provide general assistance during presentations
Maintains office supplies inventory, Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Assisting in developing, managing and enforcing department policies and procedures, updating annual vacation plan, verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
Receive and verify invoices and requisitions, Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents, Data enter invoices for payment, manage the weekly cheque run, record all cheques, administer day-to-day finances
