CHEF – Al Dirkal Al Khaliji Co. for General Trading and Contracting

  • Create new items in the menu
  • Duties include helping the Executive Chef to deal with deliveries, stock rotation and requisitioning of stock
  • Reduce the cost for the kitchen department
  • Assist the manager in supervising the functioning of all kitchen employees, facilities and costs to ensure maximum food and beverage departmental profit is achieved
  • Ensure cleanliness, satisfaction, and hygiene
  • Motivate the kitchen associate to get the best performance out of them
  • Preparing the menu for a particular order, cooking, packing, decorating, managing the team, reporting and scheduling purchase of food ingredients and other required staff
  • Must have experience in continental cuisine and have burger knowledge
  • Deal with deliveries, stock rotation and requisitioning of stock
  • Must have experience in oriental cuisine especially in Lebanese menu .
