Commercial Vehicles Unit Manager
• Ensure that commercial vehicles sales is achieved according to the required levels and expectations of the organization.
• Maintain good communication with existing customers to establish relationships based on trust and to generate new business.
• Continues follow up with customers providing excellent customer service.
• Research and analyse commercial market trying to attract new potential customers.
• Coordinate with financial department regarding all invoices and collections from customers.
• Build respectful Customers relations.
• Coordinate and follow up with the after sales department regarding maintenance contracts, and spare parts list in accordance with the offers.
• Prepare all kind of offers to customers related to trucks sales.
• Prepare offers to prospective customers that assist the company growth.
• Resolve customer enquiries, problems and complaints.
• Coordinate the sales process and delivery of truck with all concerned parties.
