The role is accountable for delivering and exceeding against the target set by the Country Manager for New Cards acquired via the Direct Sales Channel by recruiting, training/coaching and managing a team of direct sales agents in coordination with the training budget.
The individual is responsible for ensuring that effective plans are developed to achieve the targets and to maximize acquisition activity via these plans and tactical promotions that are agreed with the country manager.
The Sales Manager will manage acquisition activity against the individual and team targets set by the Country Manager.
