Corporate Marketing and Communication Manager – Manpower Middle East
This is a Contract role under Manpower Group. Client is based in Abu Dhabi
The Corporate Events Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Corporate BU marketing plan including driving campaigns in close coordination with the Sales and Marketing Director.
Planning & Strategy:
Work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement a marketing strategy which will drive marketing activities pushing corporate products and services including but not limited to, MICE, Public Events product suites.
Ensure that the marketing strategy is vetted by the Corporate Business Unit Directors, ensuring that it is in line with overall strategy for the Corporate Business Unit.
Working closely with the ADMM’s Business Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
Develop marketing campaigns to drive the promotion of corporate products and services in the organisation, including but not restricted to, developing the brief to be sent to agencies.
Responsible for implementing and monitoring the success of the marketing campaigns and recommends improvement opportunities.
Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for the Corporate Business Unit in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.
Work with the relevant contractors to source advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press – local, regional, national and specialist publications – or on other relevant media, depending on the organisation and the campaign.
Coordinate the appearance of all ADMM print and electronic materials such as use of logo, brochures, etc, pertaining to the Corporate Business Unit.
Work closely with the Business Sales team to ensure that these campaigns are translating into sales.
Works with the Head of Marketing and Communications and Corporate Development and Strategy Director to maintain the integrity of ADMM’s brand in all marketing collateral.
Keep up to date on developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations in the motorsports industry and use this information to help ADMM operate with initiative and innovation. Manage contractors / suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency and monitor the performance of such contractors / suppliers. Evaluate the marketing campaigns to ensure that it is effective and is in line with the overall marketing strategy for the Business Unit.
