Corporate Office – Human Resources Generalist – Rotana Corporate Office

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic people focused Human Resources professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service.

As a Human Resources Generalist at the Corporate Office you are responsible for assisting the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources in managing all the respective Human Resources functions in order to meet the strategic business objectives.

The role include key responsibilities such as:

• Handling the monthly attendance and payroll closing

• Enrolling and renewing the medical insurance scheme for all colleagues

• Preparing employment contracts in line with company policies and the local labor laws per country

• Coordinating and administering all government relations activities

• Coordinating and communicating all activities related to the on-boarding of Hotel General Managers, Human Resources Leaders, and Corporate Office Colleagues.

• Handling special projects assigned by the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources
