As CRM Administrator, your responsibilities would include:
– Data Import:
– Recording, updating and following up CRM Database with the information collected by Sales, Marketing and Distributors Teams.
– Data Base Development:
– Opening and maintaining new accounts of Business Partners based on the relevant segmentation of the business (Architects, consultants, contractors, etc.)- Coordinating with Sales and marketing teams as required based on departmental actions.
– Data Extract:
– Extracting data from CRM system to support efficiently the daily operations for the Sales and Marketing departments through effective reporting.- Tracking research data via effective project reporting and recording project progress within CRM systliCRM data reporting as per companies additional requirements.
– CRM Training Academy:
– Maintaining excellent business relationships with clients- Introducing, educating and training the teams of our sales distributors- Developing the system to align the needs of our business
The ideal candidate would have:
– Bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing.- 3-5 years' experience in related fields in GCC countries- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs- Understanding of GCC trade and market demands- Great Organization skills and ability to multi task- Outstanding Interpersonal skills- Minimum 3-5 years' experience- Ability to work with a team and being an affective team member- Arabic language is an asset.
