Granada is seeking to hire a dynamic, enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to handle customers and inquires within a certified Service Center.
- Greet customers warmly and establish inquiry / problem.
- Complete internal service center process.
- Follow up with customer.
- Manage incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
