A leading UK-Based E-commerce company is looking for a full-time Customer Care Quality Assurance Officer to be based in Amman.
Support the Customer Care Center by inspecting process execution in the areas of inbound, Outbound calls, emails & Live Chat. Specifically:
• Verify adherence to call scripts on both inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Verify adherence to company set customer follow-up process steps.
• Read and review outbound email, text, and phone communication for compelling content, product knowledge, etiquette, objection handling, appointment setting, and overall professionalism.
• Making Weekly Coaching Session with the assigned team.
• Complete Quality Assurance Reports and deliver to Customer Care Team Manager at the agreed time.
• Participate and complete ongoing company provided training requirements and Training Material.
