Customer Relationship Management Specialist – Kuwait Finance House

To build, maintain and enhance a CRM database in order to generate and analyse customer insights and develop CRM-driven initiatives.
Build and enhance CRM systems
– Build, maintain and enhance CRM database and maintain and update the database in collaboration with IT.
– Create / develop automated complex processes of business requirements within CRM system.
– Implement IT initiatives to develop the CRM system ensuring that the system provides meaningful insights to the business for decision making.
– Understand the business impact of the analysis made and communicate to concerned functions in order to assist in decision making process.
– Communicate with various business functions, and work with designated champions to collect and analyse data in order to successfully implement CRM-driven initiatives.
– Work with sales staff to develop campaigns and capture key learning’s.
– Communicate with the CRM In charge and with the business lines on CRM issues.
– Interact with Distribution (e.g., area managers, branch managers) on CRM issues in order to ensure a fast resolution of the same.
Internal Collaboration
Collaborate with other Retail Banking functions to understand business needs, solicit feedback in improving CRM systems and drive key initiatives.
