What is the Role?
As a Customer Service Executive you will be interacting with our members on a day to day basis, providing support on our products and services to new and existing members.
You will be responsible for solving any queries and answering questions. You will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a tenacious, energetic and motivated Customer Service Executive who is personable and thrives in a high energy gym environment. You will be confident, honest and extremely customer focused. We want you to be a team player, but we also want you to shine on your own. You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, be competent in MS Office, CRM system and practices, fluent in English with Arabic preferred but not essential. A Diploma is also preferred but not essential.
