1-create department operation plan before and after launching including system, equipment, location, supplies and manpower plan.
2- Establish a unified patient clinics appointment booking system.
3- Establishing a patients` information center.
4- Establishing a call center and operator
5- Creating and designing patient satisfaction survey.
6-Establishing department policies, procedures, work flow and forms.
7- Conducting in-house training customer service roots, emergency codes, telephone etiquette standards, medical terminology courses for business office staff( Arabic & English)
8-Develops and controls department-wide training and continuing education program.
9- Assist higher management and clinical staff in their statistical data needs.
10- Handling patients complains, comments,surveys and provide a monthly report for management.
11- Start Call Center project
12-Interviews and select staff for customer service unit
