Customer Service Representative (Qatar)

Responsible for acting as a connection between Customers and Restaurants. Assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and promotions, suggest a restaurant, area/zone and other queries. As well as the following:
• Resolve Customer complaints via phone, mail, social media or live chat.
• Assist the Customer to open new account, upgrade or cancel an account.
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, exchanges or cancelation.
• Persuade Customers to use website/app to order more and more.
• Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
• Use telephones to reach out to Customers and verify account information.
• Liaise with the CS Supervisor, Operation Manager & Restaurant Manager for the addition or cancelation of the order.
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
• Answer questions about the spills, damage or missing orders
