Deputy Manager – Procurement (Construction Industry) – Lobo Management

Position : Deputy Manager – Procurement
• Experience of over 5 yrs in Procurement Operations mandatory.
• Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements.
• Review / assess technical Specification, Bill of Quantity and Drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare enquiry documents about commercial standards, technical specifications, Bill of Quantity and Drawings, as per the requirements.
• Follow-up for Quotations and preparation of techno-commercial comparisons.
• Review quotations of identified technical and commercial specifications received from the vendors and suppliers.
• Review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine best price and delivery date.
• Quantification, quantity surveying, Estimating will be an added advantage.
• Identify potential suppliers and recommends those most desirable.
• Create monthly performance reviews and procurement reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
