Direct Marketing & Online Performance Manager – Commercial Bank of Dubai

Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution, and management of direct marketing communications (Email & SMS) & online media. He/She will be responsible for handling and executing the day-to-day workflow of all digital performance, direct media and SEO activities, and work with internal tools and staff to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze campaign delivery and SEO and to optimize performance on an ongoing basis. Tracking metrics, reporting, and analyzing results are a key part of this role.
The ideal candidate is a passionate consumer marketer who has a track record of achieving (and measuring) great results through innovative marketing programs across digital channels, with specific expertise in mobile. He or she must be adept at direct to consumer marketing and have successfully implemented plans that leverage multimedia channels. Agency experience and/or management in a global environment is a plus. He or she will be known for trying new things and thinking big about how to take marketing to the next level.
This person must have strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as exceptional analytical skills and the ability to influence others. He or she will not need to “own” all execution, but must be able to direct and influence an end-to-end marketing plan that drives demand. The candidate will be known for creativity and innovation, but also for rigorous testing, measurement and iteration to improve results continuously. He or she will be motivated by business impact. Additionally, this person will manage the budget, optimize performance, and oversee campaign management in online display, video, mobile and emerging online.
Responsibilities:
• Design and execution of automated campaigns for direct marketing, retention nurturing, product cross-sell and customer onboarding for optimized conversions.
• Maintain CRM lead data management, optimize end to end lead tracking, and provide key insights.
• Work with Analytics team to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results and make regular recommendations on how to optimize campaign performance.
• Provide management and key stakeholders with campaign performance reports.
• Develops and manages digital media campaigns to support brand-building, acquisition and cross-sell goals, leveraging display, video, streaming audio, mobile and other emerging online channels
• Manages and handles SEO optimization across all websites and product pages of the organization with a clear objective to generate organic traffic and leads in addition to search ranking
• Liaise with business intelligence and CRM teams to generate segment lists for digital marketing campaigns.
• Identifies appropriate campaign success metrics and integrates them with business performance reporting; validates the measurement process; champions a data-driven approach to investments in digital media
• Maintains expert knowledge of the digital marketing environment; employs best practices, tests and adopts cutting edge solutions and drives continuous innovation and performance improvement.
• Design and develop HTML Email templates for CRM marketing automation module (MDM).
• Proactively keeps abreast of assigned marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional and game ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
