Achieving the assigned sales targets through developing a proactive and advisory-driven distribution of the full range bank products.
Maintain approval rate as set by the policy from presented TIAs.
Maintain delinquency ratio within the set rates.
Build relationships with internal departments and external resources (i.e. Car dealers, merchants …etc.) to leverage and increase generated business and level of performance.
Work with the direct manager to identify sales lead sources.
Implementing and adhering to the credit parameters and standards for approving and processing all customers applications
Adhering to the quality of the services to internal and external customers.
Accountable for doing sales analysis, arranging meetings with customers and do necessary survey as and when demanded by the bank.
