Responsible for managing , training , developing a team of direct sales officers to achieve assigned sales targets
Increase FAB Egypt Personal Banking Portfolio
Responsible for training all of his sales officers
Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of the sales team activities and business generated
Weekly and monthly reporting of the business generated to ED – Head of Direct Sales
Develop and deploy sales plan in order to archive sales target required by FAB Personal Banking in coordination with ED. Head of Direct Sales.
Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target
Supervise daily sales activities
Set and run regular sales meetings
Make hire/fire recommendations for direct manager
Build relationships with internal departments and external resources (i.e. Car dealers, merchants …etc.) to leverage and increase sales team generated business and level of performance.
Work with ED – Head of Direct Sales to identify sales lead sources
Ensure that the sales team are Implementing & adhering to the credit parameters/standards for approving & processing all customers applications
Ensure that the sales team is adhering to the quality of the services to internal & external customers.
Recommend direct sales candidates and complete the direct sales task force number wise.
