Emirati Hire – National Talent Acquisition Manager – Piermont Search

We have the pleasure of assisting a prominent Abu Dhabi business in their search for an Emirati National Talent Acquisition Manager.
The National Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Director of Talent Acquisition and the Associate Director of Talent Management in the recruitment of Emirati talent.
This is a newly created role due to company expansion working in a wonderful, multicultural team in modern offices.
Coordinate and assist with the development of an Emirati Talent pool ensuring high level candidates are sourced and managed.
Manage and coordinate all recruitment events such as Tawdheef, Careers UAE and other internal careers event in universities, liaise with recruitment vendors (i.e. advertisers, external job boards, background check vendor and temporary agencies), universities, colleges and other affiliates to aid in the attraction and selection processes for recruitment.
Assist and support the Associate Director of National Talent Management in positioning the company as an employer of choice.
Assist and support in the developing strategies to increase awareness among managers and directors about the national talent management strategies, in addition of offering assistance in making sure that new hires are well integrated within their teams.
Work closely with the Director to develop external networks and resourcing strategies to attract the best UAE National talent.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in providing and sharing relevant national profiles for the current open roles, offer general support with recruitment queries, requests and suggestions.
Work closely with Director to ensure the commitment of hiring managers and their support in creating opportunities for nationals and filling any open positions with national talent.
Support and assist in the development and management of associated talent attraction and recruitment infrastructure and processes including career-website, systems and tools, etc.
Ad-hoc support to the Talent Acquisition team in taking some load and undertake a focused end to end recruitment process for some vacancies including advertising, attraction, selection and other recruitment activity.
Prepare and contribute to the monthly, annual and ad hoc recruitment reports providing information, data and statistics for record and reporting purposes.
