The Employer Account Manager establishes links with employers through calls and meetings to generate appropriate and sustainable vacancies for Hafiz Job Seekers. The role requires establishing and maintaining close working relationships with local employers, job advisors, Hafiz job seekers and other key partners. Assessing and screening Jobseekers to ensure that we provide a high level of service to employers.
Sales and promoting
Conducts daily sales calls to new and existing employers to promote ’ services with the aim of securing vacancy opportunities.
Attends weekly meetings with employers to develop new business and secure repeat business form existing clients.
Publicizes all vacancies to job advisors through a range of methods.
Advertise vacancies to support the attraction on new walk-in clients
Attend local career fairs and promote services to employers and Jobseekers
Promote vacancies via social media and in JPCs careers days.
Works alongside job advisors to ensure they are aware of employer-led vacancies and to clearly communicate employers’ recruitment needs and interview processes
Engages with employer-focused partner organizations such as Chambers of Commerce and Business Forums and other key stakeholders to develop and strengthen employer contacts and engage their commitment to use the JPC
Builds strong relationships with local employers to generate future vacancies.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly KPIs.
Report actual performance numbers and future forecasts on weekly bases.
Lead regular team meeting to share progress update and feedback.
Generates a target number of vacancies per month through cold calling, mail shot and face-to-face meetings with existing and new employers.
Contributes to team targets for job outcomes in terms of job starts and sustainability.
Identifies, agrees and organizes pre-job training needs of clients with employers where appropriate.
Ensures all jobs and employers interactions are recorded on a management information system on a daily basis
Maintains quality records on management information system for use by the job advisors and fellow Employer Account Managers and for personal performance monitoring.
Work with other Account Managers as a team and share experiences and best practices.
Work with National Account Managers and support them to fill vacancies for national employers and provide leads for account development opportunities.
