Enterprise Solutions – VIP Account Manager


 Implementing the Enterprise sales action plans and schedules, and ensuring that specific
targets and projected number of contracts are made.

 Gaining a clear understanding of clients’ businesses and requirements, in addition to visiting potential clients to prospect for new business Maintaining and developing relationships with current and potential Clients via meetings, calls, and emails and resolving any conflicts or technical issues that have occurred in a timely manner.

 Identify opportunities to up-sell, organize, lead account reviews and create the need for
buying company products.

 Maintaining high quality service delivery levels by Identifying, responding and resolving
clients’ concerns and problems in a timely manner Always keep-up with his sales quota
and/or exceed it, and achieve Sales target as set by the Dep. Manager.

 Manage a portfolio of Enterprise clients as per industry segments.

 Follow up on the financial collection process and maintain a healthy credit status for
enterprise customers.

 Handling all Integrated Enterprise Solutions Products’ and Services’ sales such as, but not
limited to, Data Communication Services, Broadband Data and Internet Connectivity,
Enterprise Voice Services and others.

 Developing and maintaining sales materials including preparing presentations, proposals, and
sales contracts Stays abreast of latest company products and services, sales developments
and contributes to the functional strategy by applying this in the company.

 Set yearly forecast numbers and figures related to number of new connections and
profitability increase. Develop and maintain account plans to establish forecasts and
anticipated revenue streams.

 Communicating new products opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback
to the concerned function. Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and workflow.

 Ensure the funnel data is up to date at all times on CRM system, and submit the daily visits
schedule and reports on time.
