Events Officer Duties and Responsibilities
The Event Officer is expected to take the lead and coordinate the roles below:
• Designing the event flow and requirements according to the organization’s needs.
• Identifying and planning the logistics requirements, (not limited to the below):
Contracts (In-house or outsource)
Communications (In-house or outsource)
• Coordinating the protocols with the head of Project Management Unit, CEO office and any concerned parties.
• Running the administrative tasks for the event.
• Other duties as assigned.
