Executive Assistant to Board Member – Lobo Management
Our client is a boutique property Development firm in Dubai that is known for their projects of exceptionally high quality lifestyle across a wide spectrum of property categories ranging from residential, commercial and hospitality.
Currently, we are on the lookout for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for a member of the board of Directors
The duties and responsibilities, would include, however, not be limited to:
• Act as the CEO’s primary point of contact internally and externally & provide direct administrative support to the CEO.
• Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings and conference calls
• Travel Management: Manage all domestic and international travel arrangements
• Expense Management: Prepare/submit/manage expense reports and coordinate reconciliation for expenses incurred
• Manage office supplies such as stationary needs, business cards and follow up on office equipment repair
• Planning itineraries, obtaining visas, vaccinations if required, booking and managing car services as well as assisting with international meetings and conferences
• Plan, coordinate and complete all daily office duties
• Assist with preparing documents, including Course Completion Certificates, PowerPoint presentations and updating contact and networking lists
• Coordinate activities and logistics with clients/outside vendors including company/team meetings, events, catering, car service orders, etc.; process invoices for payment
• Work directly with and provide backup coverage for other administrative support personnel as needed
