Executive Office Manager

-Ensure the management has all the necessary information available for attending Board Meetings and Board Committees as well as other Committees.

-Verify and ensure that all Central Bank reporting is done accurately and on time before presenting to management and his directives.

-Follow up with Central Bank on approvals requested.

-Prepared various reports as requested by the management.

-Receive the daily incoming mail and draft responses in this regards.

-Acting as a liaison within the banks’ departments for the management's Office related issues and interacting with outsiders for the benefit of the Bank.

-Follow up on all Central Bank’s requests from the Office of management and render all possible support to all Divisions/Departments to get responses prepared within the target dates as specified by the management & as requested by the Central Bank.

-Maintaining the Central Bank master files, ‘KBA’ Meetings files and all procedures and regulations and bylaws related to the bank.

-Maintain a daily record for Central Bank outgoing and incoming mail for any quick inquiry.

-Handling and directing to the management all queries received from Central Bank of Kuwait and Governor’s Office as and when received.

-Control and maintain the managements diary and arrange his appointments and weekly meetings with Division Heads and customers.

-Receive the daily incoming mail and other correspondence directed to management's office, acknowledge receipt thereof, sort out and distribute the same in accordance with management's written instructions.

-Arranging all outgoing mail from management's Office to the various departments/divisions and external parties as well.

-Prepare a daily meeting cost records for all the meetings held by management and report them on monthly basis.

-Provide all required office assistance including Arabic typing and correspondence functions for Management in addition to English typing, such as letters, memorandum, and other routing correspondence.

Attend the Chairman Office during his absence of his assistance.

Carryout the functions of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Board during his/her annual leave.

Provide a complete correspondence services, routing and drafting replies were appropriate to ensure that all mail is dealt efficiently and appropriately as per management's request.

Attend to customers complaints, by trying to solve their problems personally, or direct them to the concerned Department/Staff.
