Executive PA / Office Manager – MINDFREE Consulting

Company Brief:
Our client is a leading local medical & healthcare trading organization seeking to recruit an “Office Manager” to be based in Dubai – UAE. The position will be reporting to the CEO.
Job Requirements:
• Someone with at least 8 years and above in managing offices / PA senior roles
• A university degree is a must
• Strong in admin, preparing meetings briefs, presentations, excel sheets, follow through on all pending issues related to the CEO affairs
• Someone presentable, with very strong communications skills, capable of coordinating with internal and external senior executives and stakeholders
• Very well organized, effective in time management, scheduling and coordination of all CEO admin and office related activities
• Will handle all executive management scheduling, travel plans, communications and event agenda’s
• Capable to coordinate and facilitate any company internal / external events as needed
• Capable in reconciling, filing and processing of travel expense reports
• Handling and management of petty cash in accordance with finance procedures
• Responsible for all office administrative requirements and set up, procedures, filing, documentation, data entry, facilities and office equipment
• Someone who has the experience and knowledge in setting up all company administrative systems, procedures and set up
• Setting up, managing and handling of all administrative and HR support services and documentation, including filing and record management for all staff
• Assisting in any office and company logistics and orders, in additional to coordinating with external suppliers when needed
• Preparing and handling of all company presentations, meeting briefs and formal documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows Applications & Internet Research
• Must have UAE experience
