□ Responsible to prepare Correspondence, Reports, and resources for publication and presentations.
□ Setup and Planning Itinerary for Travel, Visa processing and its arrangements.
□ Setup accommodation and other arrangements for company visitors
□ Maintain President's Calendar
□ Maintain daily schedule for Top Managements and Liaison with Dept Managers and Senior Level Executives.
□ Efficient in Routine Activities, including expense reports, faxing, scanning, mail, couriers and handling administrative activities relating to Top Management.
□ Assist in the planning and preparation of Meetings, Conferences and Create, transcribe and distribute meetings agendas and minutes.
□ Answer Telephones and handle in a presentable manner.
□ Meet and Greet Clients and Visitors.
□ Maintain hard copy and soft copy general filing system.
□ Coordinate project-based work.
□ Perform other related duties as required
