Export Area Sales Manager – MARMONIL

 Execution and fulfillment of the export sales annual targets for the geographical area.
 Satisfying clients’ needs starting from placing an order and until the products are sold.
 Manages key client and customer relationships to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
 Conduct visits to different major accounts/customers, introducing the company products, suggesting new promotional offers relevant to the business.
 Maintaining reporting system for the monthly, quarterly and yearly budget comparisons between the actual and the forecasts.
 Representing the company in all internal and external events, exhibitions, trade visits and seminars related to the company's exports.
 Maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
 Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions and maintaining clients’ satisfaction
 Responsible for the monthly shipping schedules subdivided into countries and products.
 Handling and resolving customer complaints and maintaining customer satisfaction.
 Building and maintaining the client database using the CRM software and customer service channels of market distribution and end-user preferences.
