Export Area Sales Manager – MARMONIL
Execution and fulfillment of the export sales annual targets for the geographical area.
Satisfying clients’ needs starting from placing an order and until the products are sold.
Manages key client and customer relationships to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct visits to different major accounts/customers, introducing the company products, suggesting new promotional offers relevant to the business.
Maintaining reporting system for the monthly, quarterly and yearly budget comparisons between the actual and the forecasts.
Representing the company in all internal and external events, exhibitions, trade visits and seminars related to the company's exports.
Maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions and maintaining clients’ satisfaction
Responsible for the monthly shipping schedules subdivided into countries and products.
Handling and resolving customer complaints and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Building and maintaining the client database using the CRM software and customer service channels of market distribution and end-user preferences.
