Export Sales Manager – HVAC (MENA) – BWP

• Responsible for establishing and developing relationships with target customers for the purpose of business growth across the MENA region.
• Implement sales strategy and achieve sales goals by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budget.
• Build annual strategic market penetration plan outlining clear objectives for growth targets.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
• Preparation of technical presentations and proposals related to Projects
• Working with the technical teams to develop solutions and products
• Lead the negotiations and contract terms
• Develop and drive new business with the targeted customers including contractors, consulting engineers, developers, designers, and end users across the MENA region.
• Review and negotiate the purchase order technical and commercial terms and conditions
• Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
• Interface with customers to provide projects status reports and ensure customer needs are met.
• Prepare quarterly reviews report of sales progress to upper management.
• Ensure the achievement of yearly sales targets.
• Train, develop and retain sales team.
