Export Sales Manager – MEA

Is responsible for generating and enhancing the sales of a plumbing system materials in the Middle East and African Countries. He should make sure that the products are made available in the MEA markets, especially East Africa, by analyzing the trends of the customers and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs, and executing the plan accordingly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers/distributors from different countries.
• Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
• Ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales

• Assess new marketing and sales opportunities
• Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
• Resolve customer complaints or problems.
• Represent the organization in external relations.
• Advise customers on technical or procedural issues.
• Direct sales, marketing, or customer service activities related to the export activities.
• Constantly review distributors’ performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
• Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of exports procedures
