The Food & Beverage Training Manager will be responsible for the overall training and
administration of the Food and Beverage division. He will ensure that the employees of the F&B division is fully knowledgeable of the food/ beverage/service standards, quality, and policy.
To monitor guest satisfaction and implement appropriate Training.To provide supporting training programs for all F&B
colleagues in order to enable them to perform their duties more
effectively.To have complete Knowledge on the food/beverage/service.Ensure that the Restaurant standards and policies are
explained to staff and correctly applied.Operation / Communications / Productivity / Guest
Survey / Staffing / Training Monitor and ensure smooth operation of
(restaurant/banquets/beverage). Monitor consistency in quality of food/beverage/service.Constantly obtain and update guest feedback from
different resources and implement training modules to increase guest
satisfaction.Ensure effective communication within the department
and division.To ensure that all staff are
well trained and applies the procedures concerning Restaurant fire and
life safety / emergency procedures.
