F&B Sales Manager – ATICO – FAKHRELDIN GROUP

• Securing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts and executing sales and marketing strategies to maximize the revenues to outlets and from outside catering while maximizing guest satisfaction
• Development of sales strategy and forecast in coordination with Sales and Marketing Director
• Achievement of annual sales budget through the development and maintenance of relationships with key clients
• Be key point of contact and consultant to client throughout duration of the relationship. Ensure excellent customer relations in order to ensure repeat business.
• Maintain superior knowledge of the restaurant concepts and offerings
• Takes ownership of a guest complaint/problem until it is resolved or it has been addressed by the appropriate manager or employee
• Close coordination with operations and marketing team for offer development and facilitation
• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
• Reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing
