Female Arabic Parent Relations Executive, AED 10,000 per month, Abu Dhabi – Sapphire Recruitment Consultants

This is a newly created role within a prestigious all-girls school based in Abu Dhabi. You will be a fluent English/Arabic speaker with excellent interpersonal skills and a clear understanding of UAE protocol when dealing with high profile Emirati families.
• Drive pupil enrolments by promoting the school in the best possible way to new parents
• Develop communication channels to ensure the school parent population are supported and ensure that all concerns are recorded and responded to
• Maintain open lines of communications with existing parents and ensure that their concerns, complaints, and compliments feedback are handled effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner. Liaise with other school personnel or departments as required
• Liaise closely with all parents who choose, or have chosen to withdraw their child from the school and provide details of follow up
• Coordinate school tours for parents and visitors as required and aim for 50% of all tours to result in a parent registration
• Organize and coordinate parent/community events in order to engage parents in school activities and celebrations
• Identify and anticipate the needs and requirements of new and existing parents and explore retention strategies for existing parents
• Assist with the development of and the implementation of the school marketing strategy in conjunction with Corporate Marketing, School Principal and Registrar
• Ensure that the schools achievements including; academic, sporting and artistic are clearly communicated both internally and externally in a timely manner
• Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of school transport and co- curricular activities
• Undertake regular surveys of parent reviews on subjects of relevance, collate responses and procedure analysis with recommendations in collaboration with SLT
• Undertake regular surveys of students, termly, to gain feedback on student satisfaction and concerns
• Monitor in-school and online marketing materials to ensure all are within date
• Ensure that noticeboards in entrance, Reception and Admin areas are relevant and up to date
• Work closely with Events Coordinator to ensure support and parental involvement in all major events
• Lead and organize the school’s Mother’s Association, ensuring that meetings are held regularly, recorded and all action is followed up
• Oversee and finalise school newsletters
• Provide admin support for Governing Body and School Leadership Team
