1.Provide support for business strategy development and execution.
2.Support AOP/Forecast development of MU initiatives, business action plans and priorities
3.Facilitate the development of an effective business strategy by Developing economics to understand core business & Performance (Brand/Package/Channel trends etc.)
4.Lead the financial and operational assessment of strategic options.
5.Coordinate the development of MU capital and operating budget and financial targets.
6.Review current progress towards achievement of AOP targets and support the development of contingency plans and corrective actions.
7.Provide analytical support to the MU to help in the diagnosis and resolution of key issues order to ensure the production plan can be made.
8.Provide on-going planning support to the DC&C and Pricing Architecture processes
9.Operate review of prior cycle results
10.Support MU modeling of alternative scenarios for next cycle
11.Develop 4-C’s analysis including; Competitive P&L and price/volume trends; Customer/Channel/Brand & Package profitability; sensitivity models …
12.Support development and/or delivery of proposal presentation to prospective customers
13.Provide an accurate evaluation and analysis of current business results, opportunities and risks
14.Deliver value-added cross-functional planning support (e.g. cost to serve economics, channel profitability, etc.)
15.Provide sales analysis, reporting and forecasting support.
16.Periodic volume and MC reporting, analysis and target setting
17.Coordinate local capital expenditure evaluation process (small-scale projects).
18.Develop and communicate quarterly updates/outlooks.
