Front Office Administrator – International House Institute – IHI

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Receive and welcome company clients.
– Responds to caller general information requests and/or inquiries.
– Responsible for incoming calls.
– Direct client calls and welcoming guests to appropriate department.
– Liaise with operation department to ensure proper client services (instructors / trainees / facilities)
– Provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests and will support other departments including Sales and Operation as needed.
– Other duties as assigned by Operation Manager.

– Knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Interpersonal/human relations skills
– Organizational/planning skills
– Ability to type and operate word processing programs
– Ability to prioritize duties, delegate responsibilities, and evaluate the work of others
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
