Due to our current business expansion we are looking for Service Advisors for our Automotive business in the UAE. Service Advisors are the first point of contact in the workshop for a customer and provide a window to the workshop. The ideal candidate will be an image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence to the customer.
You will be responsible for receiving customer vehicles for service and repair jobs and raising repair orders on the internal system with regards to technical service of the vehicles, provide detailed explanations and technical justifications for additional repairs with cost estimates and approval from customers and regularly follow-up with workshop controllers and technicians on vehicle status, updating customers regularly on progress and ensuring delivery of vehicles within the proposed timeframe.
You will also be required to raise warranty approvals and service orders, special orders for parts that are not available and follow-up to keep the customer informed and prepare invoices on internal systems and arrange for active delivery of vehicles. You will also have to follow-up on payments of credit customers and ensure collection within the stipulated time, regularly monitor orders raised and ensure timely billing and conduct post service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
