Overall Main Responsibilities
• Establish and implement the strategic, financial and operational plans and reports.
• Responsible for the overall operations of the company.
• Review and recommend sales pitches in order to increase company’s growth.
• Ultimate brand responsibility and P&L management accountability.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
• Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
• Develop retail sales by managing the website optimization process of DTTS website in order to maximize online sales and also create awareness for local and global markets and travellers.
• Develop online sales Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Meet with key clients, assist sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Increase revenues and reduce costs in order to ensure the highest level of profitability for the group.
• Monitor the implementation of approved strategies to drive the performance of the company.
• Formulate and implement operations policies & procedures and quality systems.
• Prepare annual company budgets and monitor performance against the approved budgets.
• Provide guidance, development and training to assigned staff and encourage individual development, hiring and discipline process across the business.
• Ensure organization is running smoothly and efficiently in accordance to the company business development plans & objectives.
• Establish and implement a sales structure to grow the business.
• Personal involvement to drive the sales process and manage the key accounts.
Specific Detailed Responsibilities
Create an operating environment that assures consistent customer satisfaction.
Monitors the performance of the company through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction systems and financial reports.
• Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating the competition.
• Prepare financial reports for management that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances.
• Establish and maintain a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation and compliance with established labour regulations.
• Execute marketing, sales, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the business plan.
• Ensure good safety practices of employees and guests, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.
• Implement and maintain effective open-door communication system that crosses departmental lines in order to reach all employees.
• Understand the government regulations affecting the operations, ensuring the business is operated in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements of any federal, state or municipal authority.
• Ensure full compliance with DTCM, Immigration and Dubai Municipality regulations in terms of Camp and visas procedures.
• Deal with the general public, customers, employees and government officials with tact and courtesy.
• Adherence to group policies and procedures at all times.
• Prepare a monthly General Manager’s report encapsulating the entire company overview, operation and financial performance, strategy and objectives.
