Our client is an international coffeehouse-style café chain. They are planning to roll-out 50 new outlets in KSA within 5 years.
Description
– Strategic development of the brand within Saudi Arabia- Lead the expansion and the openings of the new outlets- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel- Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures- Comply with all health and safety regulations- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Profile
– Proven F&B management experience with in-depth knowledge of the KSA market- Ability to drive brand awareness in the market- Experience with business development and large scale expansion plans- Creative problem solver, speed of execution, innovative candidate- Communication and leadership skills- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets- Arabic speaker a must
