Graphic Designer / Admin – Greynab UAE

-Able to perform basic administrative tasks such as managing telephone calls, maintaining accurate, detailed and easy-to-find records of all correspondence, preparing proposals and invoices, scheduling meetings and keeping manager’s calendars up-to-date.
-Ability to multitask between admin and graphic designer roles
-Has background in Web development and Web designing through WordPress
– Work with a wide range of media and design and software to accomplish the required tasks
-Knowledgeable in and able to effectively execute printing press coordination
– Design art and copy layouts for visual communications
– Present ideas, rough drafts and design options to the manager and other members of the team as required
– Perform other creative tasks to lend support to projects including but not limited to, image retouching, photo manipulation, composition, photography
-Esteemed knowledge and skills in digital marketing
– Keep abreast of the latest design techniques, programs, etc. and continuously enrich your skills for self-development to contribute more towards Greynab's growth and success
– Make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies
