Guest Service Executive – Arab Media Group

Job Purpose:
Execute guest services activities and plan to provide a world class level of guest experience to ensure higher guest satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:
 To comply with Global Village Vision & Mission.
 To integrate work ethic to reflect Global Village Values ( Safety, Integrity, Innovation, Guest Orientation, Commitment, Excellence)
 Ensure compliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
 Assist in the implementation of guest relations activities to ensure that the guest service standards are met by providing consistent positive guest experience at a high quality level at all times in line with the Company’s mission and guest service standards.
 Maintain and develop relationships with guests via telephone calls and emails.
 Greet and assist all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner.
 Gather guest information and update guest related logs and database as required.
 Provide a statistical analysis report and ensure that timely corrections and corrective actions are taken.
 Attends to guest's complaints, inquiries and requests, referees problems to the line Manager if unable to assist.
 Arranges for services requested by the guest by working with other departments appropriately
 Ensure visitors are provided efficient services at the ticketing counters and the entrance/exit gates to ensure high levels of guest services and satisfaction in compliance with organization standards.
 Monitor the entrance /exit gate bar operations system for gate management / ticket management and guest relations to ensure quality service and compliance with regulations and ensure smooth flow of visitors to GV during events.
 Ensure to provide daily operational equipment to all gates, assist in providing support in managing gates, taking decisions whenever required, and communicating daily operational instructions to gates and ticketing staff during operation in order to ensure readiness of operations.
 Identify potential operation issues in relation to gate management/ticketing etc and report to the Section Head to ensure timely corrective actions to facilitate operations
 Carry out following task on need basis:
o Checkup on inventory of items related to the department e.g. Tickets and ensure sufficient availability of stock.
o Provide daily check list on look and feel of the guest facing facilities and ensure they are in the right shape and look.
o Work as cashier and sell tickets and deal with cash in packed days.
o Ensure availability of stock inside information booth and ticketing booth.
o Ensure there are always printed and ready to use Emergency tickets for emergency situations.
 Participate in sales during off season and assist in the GV Reception guest administration.
