Head of Agency – COREO

COREO is a premier Real Estate Brokerage established in Doha, Qatar since 2008. A seasoned real estate professional is being sought to manage the Residential & Commercial operations relating to leasing, sales and management of our local and international real estate portfolio.
Managing a team of 10+ direct reports, 

the successful applicant will need to plan, coordinate and direct the controlling of all day-to-day business activities of the Residential Sales & Leasing Division. Applicant will be required to manage the operational and fiscal activities of the business units to include: sales targets, budgets, Profit & Loss and staffing levels. 

Role Includes:
– Designing and implementing Sales & Leasing Strategies to increase market share and obtain new business, continuously set new Sales & Leasing Targets and ensure achieving these set Targets.
– Establishing, implementing and monitoring the targets of each Business Unit. This will include; setting targets for Business Unit Managers and their respective Sales & Leasing Agents, briefing them on the sales & leasing budget expectations, and counseling them as necessary.
– Review sales and activity reports, financial statements, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement. 

– Ensuring that organizational and department policies, procedures, goals and objectives are adhered to.
– Responsible for all aspects of market analysis, including customer, product, competitor, product price and market volume analysis.
– Continuously updating product knowledge pertaining to developers’ procedures, pricing, locations, freehold properties, lease hold properties etc.
– Establish and maintain relationships with clients to help facilitate continued sales & leasing opportunities and identify project performance issues.
– Responsible for directing the marketing and sales & leasing effort and defining the related strategy.
– Designing innovative Agency Fee structure in order to attract new Clients. Designing & amending Incentive structures for Sales & Leasing Agents. Analyze and document business processes and systems and identify problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies. Maintain thorough knowledge of products and processes.
– Maintaining and upgrading policies, procedures, workflows relating to the Business Unit activities. 

– Overseeing all sales & leasing related paperwork and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available.
– This will include overseeing invoicing, receipting commission claims and preparing sales and purchase contracts etc if each Business Units through their Managers.
