The role will be to establish, implement and develop the full digital marketing strategy for the brand at group level. Drive the digital agenda within the business and instigate cultural change across all business units.

– Set out and execute the digital marketing strategy for the business
– Own all activities across all digital paid, earned and owned media channels.
– Head up the full digital marketing function and line manage high performing digital marketing professionals across search, content, social and eCommerce.
– Manage all the external relationships with vendors, agencies, consultancies and maximise those relationships
– Have full control of the budget and an unrelenting focus on ROI
– Own and improve all existing digital assets
– Analyize and optimise current activities to ensure an "Always On" approach
– Set the business up for success in terms of best practice systems, processes and SOPs
– Create a data driven culture and increase levels of marketing automation
– Along with agency partners, create and curate the band image online including content, tone of voice and creative
– A Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in digital marketing for a quality multinational business
– Best in class skill set in digital marketing with a measurable track record of quality regional and countrywide campaigns
– Experienced in setting up new systems and processes for analytics, marketing automation and other data driven marketing activities
– Ability to engage with senior level internal stakeholders and present monthly and quarterly results including full financials.
– A creative flair with the ability to build and maintain brand equity online across all digital assets
